Overnight Crash on Babcock Blvd

Shortly after 1:30, a report of a single vehicle into a utility pole was put out for dispatch. 260 Rescue rolled with 3 and arrived on scene with police to find a vehicle that took out a utility pole, half the pole came down on the vehicle and multiple wires down, fortunately all made it out of the vehicle. 247 Engine came in from the north end on Babcock and began patient care. 260 remained on scene for about a half hour and was released by command to handle other calls. 259 Rescue remained on scene until the utility companies and the towing company could get the roadway clear.
