House Fire on Elfinwild Ln in Shaler

Shortly before 1PM, 260 Rapid Intervention was alerted to assist with a residential structure fire in the 200 Block of Elfinwild LN in 261’s district. 260 Truck was immediately on the road with four and arrived on scene to heavy fire and smoke pushing from the back of the house. We were immediately re-tasked upon arrival to assist with fire suppression activities. The fire was quickly knocked down and under control within a half hour. Minor overhaul was needed for some hot spots. The company was returned back into service shortly before 2PM.
