House Fire in Etna Boro

3-alarm structure fire in the Borough of Etna

260 truck assisted in the 149 box with a reported house explosion and fire. First arriving units found a 3 story apartment building with heavy fire conditions on floors 2 and 3. 260 truck was tasked with primary search, ladders, overhaul, and fire suppression.

Crews were on scene for nearly 5 hours assisting. The Allegheny County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause.
