This evening, firefighters from Cherry City and Millvale took to the Shaler Twp Fire Training Center for some pumping with the new punper! Crews practiced advancing handlines into the building, flowing water outside, testing out the Deck Gun on top of the pumper as well as hydrant operations. Despite having a rescue response in the middle of training, crews accomplished many things tonight and we are thankful to all who support Cherry City by purchasing calendars, supporting our street fair and of course, coming to Bingo to help in raising the funds for this fantastic piece of apparatus!
