19:05 – This evening, Cherry City responded with the Truck and Engine into Millvale for a fire in an apartment building on Howard Street. 260 truck took the front of the building but was not utilized for aerial operations. The crew was tasked with 260 Engine for a search of the building to ensure all residents were out and accounted for. Following the search, the crew took to the task of assisting with ventilation. The fire was contained within a half-hour of dispatch and units were back at the ready within a couple hours.
