Disabled Boat on the Allegheny River

This afternoon, units were dispatched for a disabled boat on the Allegheny River just north of the Highland Park Dam. 260 boat launched from the Aspinwall waterfront and made contact with the occupants of the watercraft. 260 Boat tied off to the disabled boat and brought the vessel to a marina on the City of Pittsburgh side of the river.
